Screen Making

Starting off with a fine mesh screen which is then stretched & fitted to start a template, to then be coated in emulsion and dried to await your image/logo

Burning A Screen

With an image printed and placed on the screen, emulsion is hardened by a heating light which is then pressed against the screen leaving only the washable image

Printing & Pulling

After washing out the burnt screen with cold water, the image starts to appear. Once it’s dried, add the preferred color of ink & start pulling onto your garment of choice!
